All services seems to be operating nominally again.

Please note that an IP address change to the node has taken effect. Customers affected by the change will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to update your records. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact our support team at https://support.something.host/

Traffic is now restored nominally.
If your service has a startup command it will automatically be started otherwise, you will have to start it manually.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the downtime.

Services should be available again. If you were affected, extra days have been credited for free to your service.

We identified the root cause of the issue and pushed a patch to our systems. SFTP servers should now operational for all users within the new few minutes.
